Presidential candidate Saïd Aïdi stated in a live interview with Tunisie Numérique that he is honoured of his Tunisian nationality and entered the presidential race on this principle.
He continued steadfastly to declare that he had French citizenship by birth because his mother was French.He affirmed that he will uphold Article 74 of the Tunisian Constitution, by renouncing his French nationality.
