President of the Republic Kais Saied revealed this Thursday during a council of ministers that a decree will soon be issued to launch a dialogue with young people and the Tunisian people.
He remarked that it won’t take the form of the first or second dialogue and it won’t be number three. The head of state emphasised that this dialogue will be with young people and the people and not with those who are involved in plots abroad and who solicit opportunities to obtain ministries.
