The President of the Republic delivered a discourse on Tuesday at the Summit of Heads of State and Government of COMESA.

“We want to write a new history for Africa with our means”, the President of the Republic said at the summit.

He added: “Africa must belong to Africans … Our dreams are vast and our means are important”. He further announced that Tunisia hopes for a strengthening of relationships and cooperation with the member countries of COMESA in order to realize the dreams of the African peoples.
