In an interview with radio, professor of constitutional law Salsabil Klibi remarked on the draft of the new Constitution published yesterday in the JORT.
Salsabil Klibi revealed that it is a project and not a Constitution qualifying the referendum as a plebiscite. She stated that the new Constitution is a disappointment for Tunisians disclosing that she will not take part in the referendum campaign.
According to her, to say that the 2014 Constitution is that of Ennahdha is wrong.
