Deputy public prosecutor at the Tunis Court of Appeal Habib Torkhani told Mosaique FM that the Criminal Chamber in charge of financial corruption cases at the same court accepted the request for the release of El Hiwar Ettounsi TV Owner Sami Fehri for a deposit of four million dinars.
The same chamber decided to defer the examination of the case between Cactus prod and the Tunisian Television Establishment till May 6, 2021.
