The Deputy Prosecutor General of Kasserine Court of First Instance declared that the prosecution commanded the seizure of public works machinery owned by a company owned by Deputy Lotfi Ali.
He confirmed that the prosecution made this decision because the company proceeded to carry out work in progress, in the region of Thala, despite the legal decisions brought against the deputy.
