A traffic accident happened on the morning of Thursday, April 24, 2025, in the delegation of Saida, in the governorate of Sidi Bouzid, resulting in the death of a schoolgirl, around 10 years old, and the injury of her sister, according to statements made to the press by Habib Misaoui, the Secretary General of the Primary Education Union in Saida.
The two sisters reportedly fell from the back of a pickup truck while on their way to school.
The Saida Primary School confirmed the tragic death of the student through an announcement on its official Facebook page.
