No security has yet been detained in association with the Sidi Hassine case where a minor was fiercely beaten and humiliated by police officers. The spokesman for the prosecution at the Tunis 2 court of first instance, Fethi Smati, told TAP on Thursday that “The reports of the inquiry have not yet reached the court”. Defence lawyer Yassine Azaza accused the General Directorate of National Security of doing everything to hide the case.
