An 11-year-old child from Kairouan drowned while swimming in Bou Jaafar Beach, Sousse, Mosaique FM reported.
Civil protection units were notified about the incident att 10:00 pm, the search operation for the child continued for two hours before he was found in Borj Khadiga after he was washed away by sea currents due to the intensity of the sea and the strength of the wind.
