A man died yesterday of the coronavirus in the intensive care unit at the Farhat Hached CHU, bringing the death tally to 15 since the border opened on June 27, 2020.
Speaking to Mosaique,Hafsia Ladhari, in charge of information at the regional health directorate in Sousse, explained that the victim is a sexagenarian from Khezama. He suffered from chronic illnesses.
In this same context, Ladhari announced that the region recorded 54 new coronavirus infection. The number of carriers of the virus increases to 770.
