Menzel El Mahata in Sousse witnessed a horrific murder when a mentally unstable elderly killed an 83-year-old woman by hitting her with his cane, said the Court of First Instance official spokesman Imen Hemida.
The crime occurred after an erupted dispute between the two, Hemida added that the murderer is a 53-year-old orphaned man who lives alone.
