A case of swine flu has been confirmed in Sahloul University hospital , announced the head of the emergency department of the hospital, Riad Bukaf in a statement to Mosaïque FM.
The infected elderly is in a critical condition and residing in the resuscitation department , he affirmed.
He stressed that the H1N1 virus does not constitute a danger except for those suffering from chronic diseases, the elderly and children.
He also announced that vaccination against this virus is available, calling on citizens not to fear and panic.
