Waste has accumulated since yesterday in Bizerte where municipal officials decided to hold a surprise strike, Attessia TV reported.
The strike was due to the halt of one official and the referral of another to the disciplinary council for covering up facts that could be characterized as corruption and for displaying a lack of discipline.
