The Ministry of Youth, Sports and Professional Integration declared on Sunday, July 11, 2021, the halt of all sports activities and events till July 31, 2021.
The ministry further stipulated that all general assemblies relating to sports bodies are suspended until July 31, 2021, with the exception of those relating to national teams and their activities which are subject to prior permission of the ministry.
The same press release also declares the suspension of activities within the youth centres and the abolition of all reservations falling under its jurisdiction until further notice.
