Swagg Man was condemned to three years in prison by the Sousse court of first instance, on May 10, 2022, for breach of trust, Jeune Afrique reported.

With his partner, Lolita Rebulard, who received the same sentence, the rapper defrauded a Franco-Tunisian industrial couple for more than 2 million euros.

The two convicted were absent from the Sousse court, notably dangled them with fraudulent real estate projects in Florida and guaranteed cryptocurrency plans.
