The Council of the Judicial Order decided on Friday, August 20, 2021, to suspend the first president of the Court of Cassation, Taïeb Rached, pending the examination of his case.
The council further decided to transfer the case to the public prosecutor and announced the state of vacancy in the post of the first president of the Court of Cassation
