Interior Minister Taoufik Charfeddine paid a visit to Kairouan this Sunday, October 17, 2021, to examine the final preparations for the Mouled festival.
Accompanied by security officials, the Minister of the Interior visited the governorate, before going to Okba Ibn Nafaa Mosque. On this occasion told Sabra Fm, “I came to inspect the preparations for the Mouled festival and to share the celebrations with the residents of the city. I am happy to see the joy of the citizens. This is a testimonial to the feeling of security through security action. I want to secure that the security institution always remains at the service of the citizen “.
He added, “Our priority is to apply the law to everyone and without exception. We are operating to fight terrorism, although much has been done in this area. We will ensure that the prestige of the state is restored and we will not allow anyone to undermine it “
