The former Director-General of the Tunisian Institute of Strategic Studies, Tarek Kahloui, announced this Tuesday, October 20, that the channel Nessma TV, as well as its owner Nabil karoui, would be the greatest beneficiaries of the amendment of the Decree-Law 116 relating to audiovisual information.
He emphasised that relationships between the channel and HAICA are, to say the least, is strained at the moment and that Karoui would seek to get rid of the instance through parliament.
