The director-general of health structures, Naoufel Somrani, confirmed this Monday, January 17, 2022, that most of the people hospitalized are non-vaccinated or who have not finished their vaccination.
In a radio statement, Somrani called on all citizens to proceed to vaccination centres. The Ministry of Health reported 9,569 new coronavirus infections on January 14, 2022, designating a test positivity rate of 24.29%.
