Speaking to Tunisie Numérique, member of the Independent Higher Authority for the Elections (ISIE) Mohamed Tlili Mansri confirmed that the authority sent a correspondence to the Ministry of Finance, regarding the granting of credits for the referendum and election expenses, which will be accomplished in stages, depending on the advancement of the commission’s work. Regarding the total cost of the consultation, Mansri confirmed that it is typically lower than the legislative and presidential elections, and is assessed at around 80 MTD.
