A travel ban has been imposed on the former prime minister Elyes Fakhfekh by the financial judicial pole.
This restraint is assumed in the context of suspected conflict of interest involving him.
It should be remarked that the courts agreed last Friday that the interrogation relating to this case to be postponed, following a request brought by Fakhfakh’s lawyer.
