In order to cope with the sugar shortage that has been registered in recent weeks in the country, the regional trade director at Kef Riadh Guesmi has announced that Tunisia will import 20,000 tonnes of sugar from Algeria through Sakiet Sidi Youssef’s passage.
The manager added that Tunisia will receive new amounts of sugar in the coming days.
