The Ministry of Trade has chosen to enhance the capacity allocated for the supply of grain to the market to one million quintals of durum wheat and one million quintals of common wheat, following tremendous order in recent weeks.
According to the Ministry of Trade, monthly consumption was between 350 000 quintals of durum wheat and 950 000 quintals of common wheat before the virus spread around the world.
