Limam Barkouki, in charge of animal production with the Tunisian Union of Agriculture and Fisheries, confirmed this Monday, 2023 that milk production is at its peak during this period.
Barkouki clarified that the daily production of milk will undergo a clear improvement or even a surplus, Tunisia will consequently not experience a shortage during the month of Ramadan.
