Tunisian cinema will be present at El Gouna International Festival in Egypt from september19 – 27, the audience will be ceremoniously presented with two Tunisian artworks,Documentary film “Caméra d’Afrique” by Ferid Boughedir and Hind Boujemaa'”Noura rêve”.
Directed in 1983, Caméra d’Afrique” is the successful completion of a ten-year shoot and recounts the classic tale of the first 20 years of the birth of “cinema d’auteur” in Africa.
Other artwork will be making their appearance including :
- Algeria with Papicha” by Mounia Meddour.
- Morocco with “Adam” by Myriam Touzani.
- Lebanon with “1982” by Walid Mouanes.
- Palestine with “Ibrahim, a destiny to define” by Lina el Abed.
- Sudan with “You will die at twenty” by Amjad Abu Aaza.
- Egypt with “when we are born” by Tamer Ezzat.
- The knight and the princess” by Bashir Eddik.
