The Tunisian National Alliance responded to the importance of Law 38-2020 for unemployed graduates. “Although this law was approved in an environment of political escalation and did not take into record Tunisia’s financial crisis, this initiative has become a law of the state,” the statement read.
The party, accordingly, called on the administration to apply this law within the framework of the continuity of the state. It added that this activation needs to be done through the publication of the texts of laws that secure its approval. The party called for prioritizing the employment file by drawing up action plans able of containing the high number of unemployed in the country.
It called for a conclusion to bad employment practices such as front companies in gardening and temporary education.
