On the occasion of the commemoration of the date of its foundation, the Tunisian General Labor Union (UGTT) issued a press release in which it evoked the current situation of the nation on all levels. In this context, the UGTT voiced its determination to push the government to find effective solutions sought at saving hundreds of thousands of people and to take urgent measures to fill the large gaps documented in the budget for the year 2022.
It likewise mentioned the resumption of social dialogue to find adequate solutions in terms of the purchasing power of civil servants and the application of the deals concluded in all sectors.
