Tunisia-Unexpected strike by SNCFT agents

An unscheduled “wild” strike broke out at SNCFT paralyzing rail traffic this Thursday, December 31, 2020.

SNCFT train drivers and agents went on strike because of the lag in paying their wages.

In a statement to Mosaique FM, the general secretary of the General Federation of Railways, Larbi Yaakoubi, stated officers will not return to work until wages are paid.
