In a statement to Tunisie Numérique’s correspondent at House of people representatives, MP Haykel Mkki said the 2021 state budget is “soulless” and will generate even more problems.
He believed that its unpopularity among the MPs was considerably legitimate given that it will raise the debt ratio of the country, indicating that it is essential to prepare for all eventualities, including that where the President of the Republic manages state spending through decree laws.
