A meeting took place today between prime minister-designate Hichem Mechichi and MP Yassine Ayari.
On the sidelines of the meeting, Ayari stated that many topics were addressed, including the situation of Tunisians living abroad and the digitization of the administration.
Ayari further revealed that a government of competencies will have its hands tied and that the legitimacy of the President of the Republic could not cover everything.
He also considered that the only solution to reduce the political crisis that Tunisia is going through at the moment is the dissolution of the parliament, explaining that the current composition will only give rise to blockages.
