Speaking to Tunisie Numérique,Democratic bloc MP Haykel Mekki condemned attacks against the Palestinian people.
He paid tribute to the resistance of the Palestinian people to the violence they had sustained from the Israeli authorities while underscoring the necessity to approve the law criminalizing normalization with the Zionist entity.
The MP additionally called “traitors” anyone who will block the passage of this bill.
This is the least we can do to show our support for the Palestinian people, he insisted.
We have been at war with the same enemy since 1985, he declared, recalling the events of Hammem Chatt where 50 Palestinians and 18 Tunisians were killed by the Israeli army.
