Speaking to Tunisie Numérique, Democratic Bloc MP Hichem Ajbouni announced committee chairs are currently in a meeting to address the possibility of changing the agendas of sessions programmed for today at the parliament to examine crimes against Palestinian civilians.
The MP raised the likelihood of drafting a statement denouncing these crimes but furthermore the hypocrisy of Western states which advocate human rights and the rules of international law while supporting the atrocities perpetrated by the Zionists.
Ajbouni also emphasised that many American officials and several NGOs, including Amnesty International, have called for an inquiry into war crimes and the use of banned chemical weapons by Israel
