Voting centers opened its door to aborad electorates in Europe, Asia and Africa, confirmed ISIE president Nabil Baffoun during an organized press conference. Baffoun revealed that the ISIE inaugurated 303 voting centres and 386 polling stations with 385546 registered voters.
