The prosecution of the Kasserine Court of First Instance has ruled to revoke the search notice against Seif Eddine Makhlouf.
In a statement granted to the TAP on September 21, 2021, the deputy public prosecutor in the court of first instance of Kasserine, Chawki Bouazzi, stipulated that the case will be handled by the public prosecutor at the Kasserine Court of Appeal.
Chawki Bouazzi indicated that this is due to the fact that Seif Eddine Makhlouf is a lawyer.
