Speaking to a private radio,Minister of Social Affairs, Malek Zahi affirmed that circular n°20, relating to the conditions of social negotiations, was amended in coordination with the UGTT so that it secures the right of the State and that of trade union work.
He added that these amendments will be formalized during the discussions of the 5+5 commission.
