On Wednesday, July 19, 2023, two phone calls were made between the President of the Tunisian Republic, Kaïs Saïed, and his counterparts, the President of the Algerian Democratic and Popular Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, and the President of the Arab Republic of Egypt, Abdel Fattah al-Sissi. These calls aimed to exchange greetings on the occasion of the New Hijri Year.
In a spirit of fraternity and friendship, the Tunisian, Algerian, and Egyptian heads of state took this opportunity to wish each other a Happy New Hijri Year and express their sincere mutual regard.
