Tunisie- HAICA ‘s Snoussi publishes document proving that Karoui owns more than 33% of Nessma TV

The High Independent Broadcasting Authority (HAICA) Hichem Snoussi published a document proving that Ghazi Karoui owns more than 33% of Nessma TV.

Mr Snoussi wrote on his official Facebook page “‘To respond to the invalid response: an official document proving that the Karoui”s family owns more than 33% of the capital of Nessma TV.

Previously, head of Qalb Tounes Bloc, Oussama Khelifi denied that Nabil Karoui  owns  shares in the channel or having a relationship with it:
