United States Secretary of State Antony Blinken announced that Iran could be “weeks away” from getting materials necessary to build a nuclear weapon, NBC News reported on Monday.
The statement comes after resurging hopes that both Washington and Tehran could join the Iran nuclear deal, known as the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA), that has been in force since 2015.
