U.S-Secret Service rushed Donald Trump to White House shelter during George Floyd protests

Secret Service agents raced U.S President Donald Trump to a White House shelter on Friday night as hundreds of demonstrators gathered outside the executive mansion, some of them hurling rocks and tugging at police barricades, the Telegraph reports.

Trump spent approximately an hour in the bunker, which was created for usage in emergencies like terrorist assaults, according to a Republican close to the White House who was not approved to publicly address private matters and spoke on condition of anonymity, the news outlet adds.
The account was confirmed by an administration official, also on condition of anonymity.
According to the Telegraph,The sudden resolution by the agents marked the disturbed mood inside the White House, where the hymns from protesters in Lafayette Park could be heard all weekend and Secret Service agents and law enforcement officers fought to contain the crowds.
