The National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine declared on Wednesday the state of emergency, media channels reported.
A security official shared that the state of emergency will last for 30 days and that it will not be applied to the Donbass region.
Earlier today, Ukraine called for reservists to enlist in the armed forces and voted in favour of civilians carrying firearms.
