Ukrainian presidential advisor Mikhail Podolyak said on Monday that the negotiations between Russia and Ukraine have ended and are to be resumed on Tuesday.
“A technical pause has been taken in the negotiations until tomorrow. For additional work in the working subgroups and clarification of individual definitions. Negotiations continue,” he wrote in a tweet.
