The number of newly recorded COVID-19 cases in the United Kingdom rose by 11,007 on Thursday, indicating a continued upward trend since the easing of the restraint measures and reaching February figures.
According to the data from Public Health England, 19 people died after contracting the disease and 222 were admitted to hospitals across the country out of more than 1.1 million conducted COVID-19 tests
