The United Nations Security Council will hold an emergency meeting on Monday night over worsening security conditions in Ukraine, the Associated Press reported.
The meeting was requested by Kyiv and seven of its allies including the United States, the United Kingdom and France and it comes after the Kremlin announced Russia’s President Vladimir Putin will recognize separatist regions in Ukraine and send Russian to the region.
