UNRWA Commissioner-General Philippe Lazzarini cautioned on Sunday, October 22, that the UN agency would run out of fuel within three days, calling on all parties to immediately allow fuel supplies in the Gaza Strip.
No fuel was delivered in the first aid convoy to arrive on Saturday, read the official UNRWA statement.
“There will be no water, no working hospitals and bakeries and aid will not reach the many civilians who desperately need it,” explains Lazzarini.
