Video-Egypt hospital director fired after dancing with coronavirus recovered patients

The governor of Gharbia, North Egypt, chose to fire the director of a hospital that enjoyed the dance with recoverers from the Coronavirus.

Social media exchanged a video of the director of Al-Minshawi Hospital in the city of Tanta, Gharbia Governorate, a group of medical staff, recovering from COVID-19, joined in the dance to celebrate their recovery, recovery and hospital discharge.

The video sparked public critique, and a number of tweeters asked for an inquiry with the hospital director for his loss of commitment to precautionary measures, as well as for breaking the prestige of doctors and the white army facing the pandemic.

Dr. Tariq Rahmi, the governor of Gharbia, decided to suspend Dr. Metwally Ahmed Abu Rayya, director of the General Hospital of Menshawi, in Tanta, and refer him to an investigation, based on what he had seen in the video.
