Ayoub Ghedamsi, Lawyer and member of the defense committee of Mosaïque FM CEO Noureddine Boutar, stressed during a press briefing, held Tuesday in Tunis, that client is innocent contrary to the accusations that were brought against him and led to his imprisonment for nearly two months.
Ghedamsi reiterated that the defense collective has provided abundant evidence proving Boutar’s innocence, yet the court refuses to examine his case and refuses his release.
He added that the defense collective filed a complaint against those who falsified documents concerning Boutar.
