Tunisian journey at the Wuxi 2023 World Taekwondo Grand Slam Champions Series tournament, a qualifying event for the 2024 Olympics, came to an end this Sunday.
In the men’s category, Firas Katoussi was eliminated in the quarter-finals in the (-80 kg) category by the Italian champion Mirhashem HOSSEINI, losing in two sets (3-5 and 3-7).
In the women’s category, Tunisian Chaima Toumi lost in the round of 16, in category (-57 kg), against the Korean Gahyeon KIM by two sets (7-8 and 0-6).
