Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky replied to comments of the Russian Defense Ministry on Thursday, saying that Moscow has besieged most of Mariupol, but that Kyiv’s forces remain in the city.
Furthermore, the president added that the evacuation of the Mariupol residents is blocked, noting that thousands of civilians are not able to leave the city.
