2023 AFCON qualifications: Tunisia beats Botswana

The Tunisian team largely defeated Botswana (3-0), this Thursday evening, at Radès Olympic Stadium, on behalf of the last day of qualifying for the African Cup of Nations, Ivory Coast 2024.

The first goal of the Carthage Eagles was scored by Alford Velaphi against his side in the 60th minute.

 Youssef Msakni scored twice (82′ and 93′).

Therefore , Tunisia finished in first place in Group J with 13 points, three victories, one defeat and one draw, ahead of Equatorial Guinea.
