A massive grave with at least 283 bodies was found in the courtyard of the Nasser Medical Complex in Khan Younis in the southern Gaza Strip after the Israeli troops left the area on April 7, Colonel Yamen Abu Suleiman, director of Civil Defense in Khan Younis, told CNN on Monday.
